DP Construction is a general contractor offering turnkey services for high-end construction projects. Over time, the client realized that he was spending a lot of time on the phone and sending emails to potential clients. We were approached to build a one-page website that could save him time by automating certain steps in his business process. Since the logo was created over 10 years ago, we took the opportunity to redesign the company's brand to be more representative of its target audience.

We agreed with the client that we needed to create a strong identity to inspire trust and professionalism, but with a sophisticated touch, to illustrate the high-end market. The final version that was chosen represents the client's initials, using the negative space of the "D" to form the "P", the end result is a logo that is equally beautiful at all sizes and in all applications and visually interesting. The geometric style and colors directly reference the tools, materials and signage found in the construction industry.
