Talento is a startup that was created by recruiters, with the mission of putting the candidate back at the center of priorities. The client hired us to turn their dream into reality. We worked on this project from the beginning to the launch of the MVP.
According to statistics, a recruiter spends between 65 and 75% of his or her time completing repetitive and formatted tasks with little added value, such as validating hiring criteria, special conditions or coordinating interviews.
To address this issue, we built a multi-channel interactive experience to communicate with candidates at key stages of the recruitment process. Talento can provide details about a position, evaluate candidates according to a scorecard, answer their questions about the company and make appointments automatically, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As the agency, we the product to market and generate revenue in the first year of operation.
